Every time we visit Rotorua, we choose to stay at Arawa Park Hotel. It's a convenient base for exploring the must-see attractions in Rotorua. - the hotel is centrally located near restaurants, making it easy to get around.

Exceptionally comfortable and attractive place, I greatly enjoyed pleasant personnel.

The breakfast spread was particularly good and free, with good choice of well presented options. The room was cheap and silent, it had a tasteful decor. Location: the hotel was right by hot pools, gardens, town center and the racecourse...

This is a good modern hotel in a very big building. The units are comfortable quiet and well priced with awesome views of the race track. The services are very good, including an amazing pool. Moreover, guests can use parking outside.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit, the on-site restaurant is fantastic, and the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options.

The linen and bed covers were tired and need replacement. The towels also need to be better quality with the ones provided consigned to the pool area perhaps

The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable.I particularly enjoyed the activities on offer-gym, heated indoor swimming pool and sauna.The walk into Rotorua took only about 10-15 minutes, so the location of the hotel was perfect.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short distance to the Polynesian Spa. We had a very spacious and well-equipped room that offered stunning views of the town and the racecourse. The room came with useful amenities like air conditioning, storage space, and a cozy carpet. Check-in was simple and we were able to arrange a late check-out. Convenient parking available right outside the hotel.

The staff here were more than helpful. The restaurant here was nice for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The view was lovely, the service was outstanding.

i wasnt too impressed with this facility. it was very tired looking and i didnt find the staff too friendly..although i didnt find people in rotorua too friendly either considering its a tourist town...room wasnt ready at 2.. we got sent up to a room that wasnt serviced and had to be relocated to another...

The location here was great, close enough to The Spa Rotorua; the room had tasteful decor and a decent-sized bathroom to unwind by the restaurant.

The staff were efficient, respectful and professional. The sheets and towels were clean.

I was disappointed in the level of presentation of our room. We have heard of Rydges and chose to stay there as a treat. Admittedly we got it for a good price but we still expected quality or we would have stayed some where newer for the same or less and nothing advertised in the 'deal' indicated we wouldn't get quality. The room was tired looking which I can understand happens after a few years but I expected an outstanding level of cleanliness - the room needed dusting, the white shower curtain was very dark and mouldy at the bottom, their was a huge stain under the bathroom sink, the tray holding the information books was coated in dust, the bathroom floor had stains on it and the room curtains need washing as they smelled musty.

No appropriate table for use of computer. No good lighting to work in the room. Poor access to television options. No kitchen knifes or forks.

The room was comfortable with a nice bed, the facilities are beautiful, and it's in a great location near a shopping center - I would come back.

We came to the Rydges on Friday and stayed one night. We went down to the hotel bar and discovered it was happy hour - $3 drinks! The spa and pool were great plus a sauna!! Breakfast was also top notch
